I particularly enjoyed when he offered to contribute to the party fund, and then proceeded to hand Jim a $3 bill as if it was a totally normal thing. LMAO

Told my GF the same thing. I cringed at that moment, but it is nothing new with Michael. I think back to the party at Jan's house.

I thought both episodes were great though, first part more-so.

Last half wasnt as good as the 1st thats for sure.

Nobody has mentioned the weirdness of Dwight in either though. I thought that story line, his part in it and his lines/actions were really weird and out of character. Especially since, as of late, he's really been hard-line on everything.

The awkwardness in the Nashua branch meeting was one of the things that make the 'The office' different from the rest of the other sitcoms. I was going like 'please don't break the fuck down in front of the other people' and that's exactly what Michael did. When the camera panned back to him, he was on all fours on the carpet because of his heartbreak.
