SPOILERS FOR 3/19
What did Micheal say after he quit? "You have no idea how hot I can get"?
Also didn't corporate give Jim the 2nd spot when they brought him back to Scranton?

What was Michael looking for from Wallace? An apology?

I just watched it today. I think he was looking for an apology. He realized that Wallace didn't understand what he was trying to get it when he tried to appease him instead of apologize. That he was capable and didn't need to be watched over. "You have no idea how high I can fly" = not to underestimate him?

The implementation of Charles was weird. I would think someone new would watch a little bit to see how the established manager does things instead of interjecting all the time. Also if money is so tight, why did they hire someone to fill that position anyway?
