However if they get the majority almost certainly the filibuster is dead and PR and DC get added.One of the first things that Biden needs to do, I think, as Pres-elect, is start putting together a Voting-Rights Act committee, responsible for re-establishing that Act (that was egregiously tossed out by an observably ignorant activist SCOTUS), by essentially researching and gathering all cases of indefensible voter suppression over the last 6, (8?) years by GOP states and legislatures, all the cases challenged in court, and bring those from the last 2 election cycles into district courts in order to work their way back up to SCOTUS, if necessary (obviously, that might be a bad idea, so if it can be done through Congress, that would be best) ....of course if Dems get the Senate, then packing the courts ahead of shit is necessary.
Anyway, appoint Stacy Abrams to be in charge of this, ahead of her run for Governor in 2022, 23? Not sure what term length is in GA.
