Yeah, this is blatantly untrue. Things actually don't look bad this morning for a narrow Biden win. Which isn't great, but it'd be better than the alternative at this point.

One way or the other though, we're pretty definitely in the scenario where this is going to drag out and it'll be a while before we get anything truly definitive.

Yeah, it's not a good situation. But then, 4 more years of Trump+McConnell gets us, amongst other things, federalist society replacements for Breyer (probably) and retirements of Thomas and Alito. Plus their work remaking the circuit courts would be completed.
