I know it's amazing - but people can come together on subjects other than whom they voted for You can even find commonalities with certain political topics!

From my understanding the exile vote is still hoping to make Cuba collapse and be given all their land/businesses back. Fuck the Cuban people in the process.

Those folks, Marco Rubio's father, btw, were granted immediate amnesty and a quick and easy path to US citizenship--completely unique and never again repeated for any other immigrant/refugee community.

Those Cubans are basically like if the robber barons up in Newport got mad at paying 15% actual taxes, so they pay a bunch of local fisherman to start a coup against the Governor of RI, which fails spectacularly, so then they sail their yachts over to Denmark and claim refuge status (and pay whatever it takes to achieve it). A generation or two later, they and their families essentially gain the power to vote away the legal rights of any immigrants or actual refugees (you know, escaping war crimes against their families) that find themselves in Denmark.

With the Michigan call, assuming all existing calls hold, Biden should be at 270. Nevada isn't official but given the votes outstanding it's almost impossible for Trump to catch up.
