The burden of proof is on the person making the accusation.
Does this statement apply to everyone? Asking for a friend.

Of course!Does this statement apply to everyone? Asking for a friend.
Keep them returns coming in for Biden, Fulton Co. GA. Must be why Trump is suing to stop the count there.
Of course!
Nope I havent. Thats not what the suit is about though.
Expert said Trump's recent rallies of not SD mostly maskless would likely result in 700 CV19 deaths. Go PA, and thanks to SD mail in balloting, no deaths but one deposed president. Well done. The PA gap is now 290,000 at just 87% reporting. It was 700,000 with 84% reporting.
No problem at all - I’ve said as much repeatedly in the past!Cool. Just what I need for future reference. Thanks.
Sugar gives high, salt not so much.salt. kosher salt.
I don't like sugar
Yup, not another, no way in hell as observed. There may be another Republican demagogue, but different.Trump was the ultimate troll and Rush Limbaugh creation.
He was a once in a lifetime candidate, I don't think we'll ever see the likes of him again.
Not a chance in hell.
Cool. Just what I need for future reference. Thanks.
Which lawsuit? They all impugn the integrity of the voting system & the honest people doing the work. The demonstration in Detroit is obviously contrived.

Drink more water. I'm 37, and if I'm feeling spicy, I'll have a beer with lunch, margarita (4oz of tequila) with dinner, black russian after dinner (4? 6? oz of Vodka), and maybe a few shots worth of some kind of tasty whiskey as a nightcap. Lots of water in between, feel like sunshine in the morning.dude, you're at your 4th 10% beer already. There was a time when...well, OK, I still sometimes do that, but holy crap do I feel like SHIT the next day, sometimes all weekend. Aging.
anyway, how the hell do you function? lol
I wouldn't claim that those ballots are legitimate or not given currently limited information. I'm hearing stuff which at least *sound* convincing from the right (eg. boxes of ballots delivered after Republican observers are told to go home, near-statistical impossibilities like tens of thousands of ballots that only select for President and all for Biden coming in at odd times, odd outliers, etc. etc.) but I'm taking all that with a grain of salt until I can see the data with my own two eyes because it's easy to make exaggerated bullshit claims.
At the same time, I wouldn't take on faith that the ballots are necessarily legitimate. That's just as closed minded as assuming they aren't. I also won't assume that even if all the ballots are legit that the supreme court won't just hand the victory to Trump anyway.
But even if there are signs of fraud, I think the traditional wisdom is that it's difficult to get courts to act. That may be different for an incumbant who has so many supreme court seats though.
Put down that joint.
Trump is also claiming that COVID will stop being an issue today. So, I guess maybe be more suspicious about things Trump claims going forward or whatever. Just saying. No thats not right. Many states (inc MI) have "monitoring areas" whereby people can watch those "in the box" who are opening the envelopes, scanning them, and counting them. These monitoring areas are set aside and protected by state law. Trump is claiming they have sufficient access, which, as I already mentioned, the AP is reporting otherwise from their own R and D peeps who are monitoring.

A real good reason to go after him, actually. Some more nefarious activity to add to his impressive resume.Hard to do from behind bars (crosses fingers)
And Obama is the one handing him the mustard.Man I hope if Biden wins he gives his victory speech in a tan suit eating a burger with dijon mustard.
