Yeah I saw that. I don't think Trump wins even if he takes all remaining votes by 59%. There's ~200K votes outstanding there and Biden is ahead by 80K. Trump needs 72% of the remaining votes.

This manual vote counting and the legal challenged they enable due to human error should be a relic of the past.

Some earlier articles had indicated these ballots were primarily in the ATL area (thus likely to favor biden). But he'd need at least 2/3+ of the ballots to pull it off (assuming no 3rd party votes)
