I just noticed, if Biden wins all the states where he's ahead now, he'll get 308 306 electoral votes. Trump won in 2016 with only 306 304.

He's going to have to face criminal lawsuits after his presidency is over. So his strategy right now is to try to stir up as much chaos from his followers as possible so that he can negotiate a deal with Biden for jail pardon time. Once a deal is reached, he'll ask his followers to stop the insanity and chaos and he won't have to go to jail.
