Tried these finally. Pretty good. I like the chili focus but could use a bit more cheese tang. Still getting another bag next grocery trip

I hope they got the shit figured out this go'round. When Diablo came out earlier this year my Arby's went from "sorry, we don't have it yet" to "sorry, we're not participating in that offering" over the course of 2 weeks. I know they had all sorts of shortages and distribution issues. I want to try this but I don't have hopes my Arby's will be one of the locations carrying it, and there isn't another Arby's anywhere close.

If they do have it, I'm gonna ask if they can make me a Diablo Meat Mountian sandwich!

I bought some Mexican Frito Lay chips today, things are different in other countries. While I only speak muy poco Espanol, I understand what's on the upper right corner of the bag. Pretty sure the smart folks on ATOT can translate. Wonder how long until the bags will require such labeling here in America. Apparently chips aren't good for you?

I got Dorrito Diablo's. They're not very spicy and have a very unusual aftertaste to them, whatever flavor these are, it's definitely not any Dorrito I've ever had from here.

Try the Cool Ranch Doritos Lays. I don't even LIKE Cool Ranch Doritos & they were good! Kind of a mix of the doritos and like Salt & Vinegar chips!

Had the spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich from Popeyes today, it was really good. The chicken breast isn't breaded and fried so I almost didn't want to even try it. Glad I did though, while it's not super spicy, it's definitely had more kick than the regular spicy one. The chicken breast was good sized and pretty juicy. Also had a lot of flavor, and while it is healthier due to not being fried, I still think it has around 2k of sodium so it's not exactly a healthy eat lol. The bun was soft and the spicy mayo sauce tastes the same as the other sandwich (which I like) So I think the actual breast must be marinated differently between the regular and spicy version to make it spicier.

This it an awesome sandwich and I hope they keep it on the menu. But.... this is Popeyes we're talking about so YMMV depending on location, and also who's working. I know very well know if I order it again from the same location it might not be nearly as good. The service today was absolutely terrible, I stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes before the lady came to help me. I would have left after 3, but I'd ordered online before I went in because they have a promo where you get free fries if you order the sandwich.

- But I found out you technically don't get free fries with it, you get 200 points which gets you a free order of fries on your next order. So I suppose I could have placed a 2nd order of just fries. $4.99's a good price for the sandwich. But at least at the location I was at, the combo's $11. And all it add's is fries and a drink which is a damn rip off.

Also found out that in So Cal if the Rams get an interception you get a free chicken sandwich with any purchase, which is decent.

I got one the other day & it was SURPRISINGLY good for not having breading! Especially compared to Panera's unbreaded chicken sandwich, which was terrible lol. And yeah, that sandwich cost me 25 minutes...I was stuck in line for 10 minutes, except no one was answering, so then I pulled around to the window & they said to go back around because I had to order from the mic, except no one was wearing a headset lol. So I went into the store, there was only one guy ahead of me in line & then one guy ordering, took another 15 minutes. I was already invested at this point so I stayed hahaha. Great food, terrible service.

Looks like excess calories and sodium warning.

I do like Popeyes a lot although I swear I've never once gotten out of that place in less than 20 minutes even if I'm the only customer in line!

Tried the Diablo Roast Beef sandwich today, was spicer than I expected. I chuckled at the sticker on the box of Arby's daring you to record and upload a video of yourself eating it without drinking anything. I ate it in about 10 bites and didn't drink anything. This would be too spicy for a lot of the lightweight's out there that get destroyed by Tabasco. I thought it was a good sandwich and I love that they've added crinkle-cut fries to the menu, they're awesome sauce. I think the chicken version might be better.

They also brought back the Waygu Steakhouse burgers, if it's the same as the last time they're really fuckin delicious burgers. These should really be a permanent item on the menu.

Eatin Jelly Belly Draft Beer jelly beans for breakfast.

They sure make some strange ass flavors, but I'll be damned if these don't taste like beer. The sweetness is throwin me off, but also the fact there's a jelly bean that tastes like beer is also throwin me off. These are strangely good, or decent any ways.

Jelly Belly does seem to have a knack for getting flavors right. I'd eat one or two of those for the experience, but not sure I'd want more. Now, if they come in a stout flavor, maybe...

had a Garlic Guajillo steak Quesasilla from Chipotle last night.

I haven't had Chipotle in years. It was sprinkling and I wasn't sure if it would star to pour. I was hungry and carless and Chipotle's the closest place.

Strike 1 over $14 out the door (1 item, no drink)
Strike 2 medium size pieces (at best)
strike 3 Was a $1.50 upcharge for the Garlic Guajillo over for the regular steak. It's literally the same steak but they put a few sprinkles of Garlic powder and cook it in some Guajillo chilis. Which are both dirt cheap.

Flavor was pretty decent actually, but the baby ass amount of food I got for $14 was shocking. I wondered if they had given me the one off the kid's menu by accident.

It was about the size of a grilled cheese made on bread from a ghetto ass $1.99 loaf.

This is a Quesadilla from Albertos, that's a standard sized Chinese to go box

It's $3 cheaper, and for size comparison, has 3 chunks that are each bigger than both from Chipotle combined. And 1 "small" chunk that's the size of 1 piece from Chipotle. Taste wise Alberto's is at worst as good. When I order it, I usually eat 2 times off it (I can eat) I ate the Chipotle one in a few minutes and I could have easily eaten another.

I get it, Chipotle's high quality and organic, and yada yada yada. But I can't afford to eat $29 worth of fast food to get full. The Chipotle's next door to a Panera, and feeding a family at either of those places you gotta have ATOT money *which I don't lol*

Never forget South Park Chipotle Away

I have eaten there twice. Both times the quality and portions were massively disappointing. Enough so that I won't even give them a chance at a third strike.

I went to Five Guys for the first time in 4 or 5 years today. They still give way too many soggy fries. I'd rather have fewer, better fries. Strawberry Barq's Vanilla Creme Soda was on point though.

This is what a burrito looks like in my favourite burrito joint.

They actually used to be better and I would eat there occasionally but the quality and portion-sizes really dropped off after the food-poisoning scares.

THEN they went and got rid of their Chorizo and it was all over for me.

If you have to eat at a chain for burritos Moes is considerably better quality and less "mass-produced".
