I'm just glad that Nurburgring is in FM5 today. I traded it in because of Target's trade-in promotion (got $42), so now I want to repurchase it. I was disappointed they left it out, and I'm hoping they continue to put in more tracks going forward (Maple Valley next, please).
I am super-stoked about Halo, love that they're doing HD remakes of Halo 2 multiplayer maps--NEED ZANZIBAR IN MY LIFE. I'm curious as to what that show is, since the ACTUAL show isn't until next fall. Honestly, I'm not sure what the hell to do when they're giving us all 4 games, PLUS the show, PLUS Halo 5 beta at the same time. It's going to be an overwhelming purchase, and I'm wondering how much it'll cost. I mean, 4 games, a show, and a beta? I'd legitimately pay $100-120 for it, though I'd be ecstatic to get it at $60.
Sunset Overdrive's video was sweet. I liked the intro, thought it was supposed to be the new Battlefield, rather funny stuff.
The Division still looks phenomenal, with only the weird in-game chatter (sounded liked forced/canned scripts for the players to read) was weak. I'm beyond ready for that game.
Evolve needs to show more, not sure what to expect with it. It looks neat, but not sure I'm quite sold without knowing exactly what the game is (is there a campaign? co-op only? is it just monster hunting?).
The Witcher 3 looks good, though I am unlikely to bother, since I never played the others.
Shadow of Mordor seems cool, but I think the sheer number of games will hurt its sales. I know I liked it until I realized HOW MANY games I want to get in the second-half of 2014. Now, I might pass.
Forza Horizon 2 looked pretty, but we got NO sense of the game's scale. I want to see in-game footage, along with information about the world's size. End-to-end, how long will a drive take?
Scalebound seemed neat, but unsure what it'll really be.
There's more I know I'm forgetting, but there was SO MUCH. The indie stuff's a hard pass, nothing grabbed me. I might touch a couple of the mini-game things like Threes or the virus-based game, but I'm sick of seeing "charming" platformers and stuff like Ori.
