So when all of you NEW Gmail d00ds get your invites, near the center, top of the screen, in red letters you will see something like, "invite a friend to join/try gmail".

What I have done, is just send all the invites to myself. Then, once you get the invites, copy and paste the links into the PM's for the peeps here.
