Amazon has the best trade in price for the 4. The white is higher than the black, but perfect condition for the 4 32GB black was $290 yesterday. It has since dropped to $275. It was $246, and not $232 for Good. My fine is in near perfect, so it is in the good category. Everywhere else was quoting me $185-220.

I would lock in a quote now for whatever you have, and then if you sell it for more elsewhere, just cancel the trade in. You have until the 19th to ship to Amazon if you lock in a price today.

I like the look of the new iPod Touch. And how they are positioning it as the replacement for your point & shoot (well, cheaper ones), your gameboy (as a catchall term), and any number of other things.

None of the iPod Touches ever had a version in their names. I guess you have to look at the screen sizes. I was mildly interested with the new Touch, but the $299 price point is a turn-off.

Btw, did they skip announcing the prices for the iPhone 5? I think I missed it. The real prices I mean, not the ones that require selling your soul to the carriers.

I just Google'd the release date of the iPad 3 and it was March 2012.

Guess they'll leave any possible iPad Mini (if it ever happens) for March 2013 then.

Was hoping they'd try and make it happen before the holidays...
