Guys,
I've just had a powercut and when I boot the PC came back on, I could smell something burning and when I opened up and case I could see smoke rising from one of the small chips directly above and next to the cpu fan input (3-pin) on the motherboard.
So far the only thing I have noticed differently is that upon boot up, is that there is no 'beep' sound anymore and I can't seem to change the fan speed on the Zalman 7000 when connected to the CPU fan input whilst on the other 2 remaining fan inputs, everything works as normal.
As I have had the motherboard for just over a week, do you think that the place I brought it from would exchange it for a new one?
Thanks
