WCDMA doesn't mean Verizon in this instance, it's a commonly used GSM 3G protocol. Hate to burst your bubble.
One can only hope since I am stuck with Verizon.

Compatibility is 1 thing. Having the carrier offer the phone subsidized is another thing. They can be mutually exclusive.CDMA definitely isn't going to happen anymore since CDMA is not open source and has to be approved which is one of the reasons why updates always took longer for the Verizon/Sprint versions of the previous Nexus phones so no, it most likely won't be compatible with Sprint/Verizon. At least not with Verizon since they are still the most restrictive carrier.

leaked service manual for nexus 5...
From the LG g2 (and other snapdragon 800) reviews, looks like 800 does solve some battery issuesI think I will be skipping the Nexus 5 as I travel alot outside of the US and will not be able to fully benefit from the LTE bands... otherwise the processor, screen and space bumps look great but my Nexus 4 is still working great. My main gripe with the Nexus 4 is the battery, doesn't look like the next refresh is solving that.... unless Snapdragon 800 has alot of power optimization.
It sets precedence that Verizon can screw us over even with the open access rulesThat's OKAY!
Fixed.Pretty much what was expected. A G2 that costs half as much, with a much better UI without the excessive software flourishes that looks and feels hopelessly outdated and is bloated to the point of ridiculousness, useless junk covering 60% of the notification bar, awkward button placements(both hardware and software), and lackluster case materials.

First, is not mine.
Second, I usually read this forum but I never had anything to say. Today I found that app I wanted to share it with you.
Thats all
I liked the app. Try it. Maybe you found it interesting. If not, have a nice and relaxed day.
In case you don't know how to read, that's why I put (that) in brackets because I knew you'd claim it isn't yours.First, is not mine.

Why does your(that) app need location data and phone status and identity if all it's doing is spamming Nexus news that aren't original and are already published elsewhere? This app has access to these permissions:
Your location
approximate location (network-based)
Network communication
full network access
view network connections
Phone calls
read phone status and identity
Affects Battery
control vibration
Your applications information
run at startup
I change networks like every 2 years. I've been with pretty much every network (Virtual network) in my country.
It doesn't always pay to stick with just one network.

We all know it's either yours and/or you either personally know the person that created it, and/or you have some financial interest in it.
I don't mind trying apps from established members here but one thing I'll never do is try an app from a first time completely random poster regardless of how long they claim to have been lurking the forums.

back to topic, anyone else excited about OIS on this camera module?
What is the data hanging/loss of signal reports you heard of? I was not aware there were such issues on HSPA+. I thought most signal issues were related to hardware/software or networks' coverages. In that regard LTE is no different. As long as the hardware is able and the coverage is there, it seems to work fine. The quality issue is still there, varying wildly depending on coverage, congestion, or perhaps inadequate infrastructure (e.g. carrier A's LTE is faster/more stable than carrier B's in area X during Y hours).
In my opinion Google did a good job with the screen/bezel sizes. With the Moto X, they maintained the N4's screen size and reduced the bezels to near nothing, improving ergonomics. With the Nexus 5, they maintained the N4's physical size while increasing the screen size (again reducing the bezels to near nothing) for improved visual fidelity.
