That is very unlikely. The 31st 3 days a way and there hasn't even been an announcement or invitations sent for the announcement event. The phone isn't just going to show up on Google Play with no press event.

Hopefully. Though Google+ update doesn't necessarily mean Nexus announcement. This seems fairly low key for a Nexus announcement.
i think halloween makes sense given the kit-kat branding, but well see. i do expect the G+ update to just be G+
i just hope i can get the phone and activate on sprint very quickly and painlessly. id love to drop them but wont be able to find a better deal than the 5-line family plan im on.
