If I do have buyers remorse over this phone it will be if/when I find out that the battery life is unacceptable and I have to sell it.

Many other people seem to be concerned about the camera but from what I've seen from picture and video samples I'm fine with the camera and the quality is far better than my current phone(GS II Skyrocket) and I'm not a big picture taker anyways.

Dude can you shut up about Verizon already? This is the same as saying:

- Someday Apple will offer a micro USB connector
- Someday Apple will offer removable storage
- Someday Apple will let you install custom ROMs

It's not happening. If you want phone mobility, get on a GSM network already.

My order confirmation receipt says 11:17am PDT (17 minutes after going on sale) and I'm still getting a "Pending" status with a ship date saying it will ship no later than November 5th. I called Google and they said everything is fine and my credit card already has a pending charge on it. I can't believe a later order is going out first.

That isn't necessarily true. The Android 4.3 update made changes to how the OS handled DRM. That is why HBO Go had issues so 4.4 might not have any real changes that would break HBO Go.

My order time was 11:10 PDT(7 minutes before yours) but haven't got a shipping confirmation till an hour ago, I contacted Google two times by then. They said everything was fine, but I was frustrated to see people, who ordered hours later than I ordered, getting their devices shipped to them. And finally I've got a shipping confirmation & estimated delivery date is 7th.

Either you should get in just few hours(if you've not got it already) or your order may have been delayed. I've read a member of other forum posting that he got 11/5 as the possible shipping date when he ordered(which was case with mine and every one who were able to order it within few minutes of the availability). But now his order status changed to from leaves warehouse on 11/5 to "Pre-Order Staus-Pending". Understandably, he was furious about it. I've also read in a blog that google is sending emails to the people that if their orders haven't been shipped yet, then there is every chance those are being delayed for a few days.

I can definitely see wanting LTE if you're living somewhere but you're just traveling.
I'm in Asia traveling right now and 3G is more than capable for what I need.
Need to look up something ?? Maybe use the GPS. What could you possibly need TLE for if you're traveling ??

I sorta agree. I really do. I am really just thinking that since I jump between the US and Sweden it would make a lot of sense for me to have a phone that is capable of 4G in both countries. It's just not possible though. 4G might not be everywhere in the world and 3G might work but when you use 4G like we do in the Nordic countries and it's got a well established 4G network in the USA it makes sense to have a phone that can handle both.

Besides, I'm often travelling and if you were to have asked me 4 years ago whether I even needed access to wireless I would have told you no. Two years ago that was a given. Now it's a given to have a smart phone with you and reliable access to the internet in even the most remote places. You could get 3G internet in the jungles of Sumatra when I was there a couple months ago. In 1-2 years using 3G will be like using a dialup modem and completely unacceptable. I suppose I have to wait another generation for what I really want.
