I'm still trying like crazy to get my hands on a Wii. I've heard rumours that there will be more in Walmarts across the country tomorrow. Can anyone confirm this? Any other stores? I may have to stop on my way into work tomorrow.

You can go to the wal-mart home page and look at the sales flyer for your area. The flyer for my stores say a minimum of 3 per store... those are some big numbers there...
I called my walmart and the employee said 8am tomorrow, but couldn't give info on how many.

I might drop by Wally World tomorrow in a quest for a nunchuck... I have to drop my car off for service, so I'll probably be late to work anyway...

By the way, walmart customer service agreed to cancel 7 games from the Wii bundle I ordered online... and I returned the 8th to the store for a full refund... I was worried about this for a while since the bundle is so expensive and filled with crappy games. If anyone is in the same boat, just start complaining that the games are delayed, etc and walmart CS should comply with your request to cancel remainder of order.

Also I went by TRU and there were two WII's just sitting on the damn shelf!!!

I returned the video games I got in my Walmart bundle back to walmart without a problem.


I'm playing Pikmin2 for the GC emulated on the Wii now. Works really well, though Im kinda bummed that graphically it looks better than anything Ive played on the Wii natively.

Here is a pretty neat video of someone playing half life 2 on a PC using a wiimote. They already have drivers for it if you didn't know.

Are you sure they weren't display boxes? I went into TRU last week and thought OMG they are fully stocked with the Wii!! But instead they had placed display boxes on all the shelves... grrr. >:E

In-store Wal-Mart just sells the consoles itself. They only force bundles online.

no matter how i move or jump or stand, link ALWAYS overjumps the second pillar!!!!

and it appears that you can't just save anywhere, if i were to save the game while on thwe 1st pillar, when i load it, i would be back near the entrance to this section again and have to kill all the enemies again.

2Q 07 first games are supposed to hit the shelves w online play IIRC.

i am so pissed off at this game! it should be a simple 2 hops across but i can't do it to save my life!
