Anyways, the game is really starting to pick up - definitely the best zelda ever...but I'm still kinda disappointed. I just don't understand why in 2006, even on the "underpowered" Wii, that we are still subjected to reading text and listening to MIDI. The hardware can certainly handle much better. With somewhat lacking graphics, you'd think they'd want to make up for it in every other area as much as possible.
I remember when I first played final fantasy X - that was definitely an experience...the cinemas and voice acting added so much to the game. And zelda would only even need a fraction of voice to do the job. Instead we just hear babbling...such a shame.
Don't forget that TP was originally made for the GC, and they basically cleaned up some of the textures and jaggies, and made the Wii-mote controls. I hope that they make a new Zelda for the Wii before the end of it's life cycle. And this isn't my opinion, it's the facts from IGN and 1up...
