I got my PS4, camera and Killzone. I really wish that Sony and Microsoft would both consider releasing or maybe even including extension cables for their cameras. The PS4 camera comes with a clamp thing to go on top of the TV, and it fits just fine. However, as most would guess, the cable really isn't that long (about six feet), and it was a bit of a fight to get it hooked up. I had to take it down, set it on my speaker close to the PS4, hook it up, push the PS4 in, and then put the camera back.
That sucks. I've had some media come through all beat up too. I even had a steelcase Blu-Ray that was bent when I opened it!
The biggest problem is the color of the cases. If you're anal retentive like me, you won't be able to stand that the color isn't the same. :$
I think it's a mental thing. I don't like controllers either, but that's because I consider it an inferior method of control. It's like being forced to use touch input on a Vita when the physical buttons work better. So, while using it, all you're thinking is, "Man, this movement wouldn't be so awkward if I just had a keyboard and mouse!"
What? I don't dislike using a controller because of the dexterity in my fingers. The nature of a shooter is to move the reticle from one point on the screen to the other (usually done by adjusting the camera, but whatever). In other words, we're moving from point to point. A mouse is a point-based device! Joystick movement is based upon X and Y deltas, which is then applied to acceleration factors.
So, you mean that this guy doesn't require any sort of extra thing to be attached to the controller? I do like that it doesn't try to prop the controllers up....
Yep, it can also act as a keyboard for entering data, which is really nice since USB keyboards don't work! Unfortunately though, you have to log into PSN to use the feature, and I couldn't get PSN to log in anyway. Although, entering my e-mail and password is what I wanted the keyboard support for....
Got my Amazon PS4 this morning, along with my 3 game pack from the buy 2 get 1 free promo.... and all 3 game cases were smashed and cracked on the same side. Pieces of the case fell out of the crap cardboard envelope when I opened it. Didn't bother opening the games, just requested replacement.
Launch day PS4 with no games :/ should have just hit up a B&M.

that sucks, shoudl have checked the games IMO, you can get replacement BR cases for pennies on the $

This reason is always funny to me. I have zero problem playing FPS games on PC or console and I'm proficient on either. It's not like you are at a disadvantage on console since everyone else is using controllers.

At first, like the first 10 or so hours of gameplay, are a bit of a transition. I grew up playing both, and it wasn't really until the Xbox that people starting their "omg mouse is so much better. my fat fingers aren't dexterous enough to use thumbsticks so they suck!" mentality really came about.

$30 but now I can have it sitting there all the time and just drop my controllers on and walk away. I don't need cables anywhere either. The Sony charging station charges through the bottom of the controller next to the port for the headset.

Oh really? Have to try it.
