I need to find a way to keep track of retail game sales, with the price of PS4 games being what they are here now. I wish there were places where you could rent them. No Redbox and I don't have the time these days to make GameAccess worth the $17/mo.

It was better when there were more rooftops and alleyways in the European setting. This is why I really wish they would do Feudal Japan as well.

Everybody wants them to do a ninja themed game but Ubisoft doesn't seem to agree. It would be really cool though if they took it seriously. Nobody's really done a historically authentic ninja game. Would give them the excuse to go back to something more stealth oriented, and bring back the disguise mechanic from Liberation.

Yes exactly. They can do a very good job with the historical significance of each battle or castle. They did a fine job with European cities IMO.

Yes it would be cool to have a Japan style game but after a while how many more assassins creed games will they make? They essentially all have the same play style but black flag at least started off interesting.

NFS: Rivals is really good
AC4 was excellent
Infamous was excellent
Knack was good
KZ was ok
BF4 was good
Ghosts was good
NBA 2k14 was good, but I couldn't figure it out
Strider was good
Resogun was excellent but short

I'm forgetting a couple but I think Infamous is the best retail experience.

Says you...both games are not bad and nba2k14 is pretty great but is does have a complex control scheme that places ball control and shot control on the same analog stick. Ghosts doesn't really deserve the hate it gets IMO. I don't own it but I did play it at a friend's house since he buys all of them every year. It isn't that horrible.

2k14 takes time to get used to. It took me a while to figure out how to release a jump shot or free throw. Didn't realize the circle on your player flashes and that's when you release.

Ghosts is alright, sp speaking as I've only played a couple of weeks online. I got to like level 20 or so and then I stopped. The sp itself is a generic story but some of the levels are interesting, federation day, the oil rig, the underwater level.

So I traded my Xbox one with a plug and play charge kit for a ps4 a extra ds4 controller, knack, battlefield 4 and assassins creed black flag tonight. I still have cod ghosts, NBA 2k14, plants vs zombies garden warfare and titanfall for the Xbox one. I think the deal worked out really good for me.

I really missed my ps4 and saw this guys ad on craigslist and jumped on it. The only game I played daily was plants vs zombies and I'll end up buying that for PC. Titanfall faded quickly for me, it was cool at first but I'm just not into gaming like I once was and ps4 has the exclusives I want to play. Feels good being back with the ps4

Ah cool, thanks. Sounds like it has some flawed mechanics, but looks like it may be kind of fun.

Arkham City is a good game. Definitely something you should play if you haven't.

I just played some mercenary kings on my vita through ps4 link. I was pretty impressed with how well it worked. There's just a bit of input lag but it's not an issue for games like that.

I started playing Infamous last night tonight, I really like the use of the touchpad so far. I am very early, I just not got past the bridge and to the checkpoint where the guards realize you are a threat. I have died three times so far, I need some strategy. The graphics are really amazing at times and in certain areas. So far the game is so linear, I am ready for it to open up since it is an open world game. I was thinking Ryse was the best looking game I have ever seen then a week or so ago when Infamous pics were popping up I thought it was better looking but now after seeing both I think Ryse is better looking overall. Both look amazing though

After you take out the first dup mobilized unit the city opens up for you to free roam. It then opens up each time you reduce the dup resistance in an area. I'm also still early in the game too since I haven't had time to play lately.

You're in the very beginning, just training. It's a good game, gameplay is where it's at, story isn't great but blowing up bad guys is fun.

I tried it again today but just not feeling it. I will give it another go tonight but I got frustrated at the same spot. I blew up all those panels then died trying to shoot the part on top of the trailer.

You aren't suppose to shoot the top part. You take out all the panels on the sides. Then you keep fighting the bad guys while moving all over the place recovering health. It's only hard this time since you don't have all the upgrades yet.

Once all the panels are out, climb on top and you have to use the touch pad to raise the power core and punch it.

For me once I got rid of all the bad guys around after taking the panels out, there didn't seem to be any more coming. You also need to shoot out the security cameras or else reinforcements show up quickly.
