A bit surprised nobody is mentioning the FF7 remake. I know a few of us think it is pretty overrated and certainly not the best FF game, but I know a lot of people view it with rose tinted glasses.

Exactly, it's just a port. I don't know if we will get a total remake any time soon because it's a lot more difficult to do a remake of a PS1 game compared to even a PS2 game which is why we already got FFX because it's not like they can just bump up the resolution of things, it's almost be like making a whole new game because everything would basically have to be done by scratch.Because it's not a remake...it's a port of the version that was released on PC not long ago. It's still gonna look as bad as it always has compared to more recent games.

I wouldn't mind having that 20th Anniversary Edition PS4. I was not going to buy a 3rd one though heh.
Well nothing coming out in December. Maybe I'll trade one of the 10 games I have for Dragon age. What games are you guys looking forward to playing on PS4? I haven't been looking too far in the future.
My gaming log is looking like this right now:
Dragon Age
Maybe some Destiny sprinkled in there
The Crew once the price drops to around $20
Last of Us
Stuff I'm looking forward to:
Blood borne Spring 2015
SOMA 2015
GT7 ???
The Order 1886 Feb 2015
No Man's Sky (maybe PC though)
Not quite a killer list for next year. Hoping some new stuff pops up at E3.

I want to get Dying light if its good, then the order and blood Bourne I guess. Not sure how much I'll like those two monster games. Never been a fan of bizarre monster titles.
I was horrible at dark souls when I tried playing it. I could not get anywhere in that game. I know bloodbourne is suppose to be tough but I'm interested in seeing how tough it is. I'll look up the other two you mentioned.I liked Dark Souls, so I'll give Bloodbourne a shot. I'm not much into survival horror games. Too many of them are about jump scares and generic settings like an insane asylum. SOMA takes place under the ocean and there is another one called Routine that looks interesting. Takes place in space.
I'd wait for reviews for Dying Light. Dead Island was a buggy mess as was Riptide and I don't expect more from them.Well nothing coming out in December. Maybe I'll trade one of the 10 games I have for Dragon age.

Yea I probably will wait to read reviews first. I never buy a game on release unless I know it's something that I'm positive about. From what I've seen ign is hyping it up but I bet by release day they will be like 7/10 it's alright.I'd wait for reviews for Dying Light. I don't know, I always leave destiny in my ps4 and have since release.Anyone's ps4 make random beeping noises when turned off, not in standby?
I'm off work today and I got woken up at 6am to this intermittent beep every couple of minutes. I go over to the living room and I'm trying to figure out if it's the Xbox one or ps4. Definitely sounds like the beep you get then the ps4 turns on.
So I listened closely and its coming from the ps4. It's plugged in but fully powered down and it beeps as if it's Morse code.
Only thing I can think of is I turned it off with a disc inside last night, so I turned it back on, ejected the disc via the controller, and then turned it off. Ever since I did that it has been beeping all night apparently since I went to bed.
It was odd because I left games in before but I think because I shut it down too quickly after I took the disc out? It didn't start beeping until 30 min later. So mad it woke me up that early on my day off lol.I don't know, I always leave destiny in my ps4 and have since release.

I didn't try inserting the disc again. I just powered it on then waited a bit and powered it off. It seems alright now. I don't want to mess with the screw for the disc drive. Only screw I untightened and tightened back up was the hard drive when I swapped it out. In case I do have to rma it I still have the Xbox to play on.You try reinserting the disc? I get the constant beep when it decides to eject my disc at random.. then I have to unplug it for a bit or mess with the eject screw. Really need to RMA it but I too wish I had advanced RMA

Not yet.hey, does PS4 stream content locally yet like the PS3 + PS3 Media Server?
No idea but it was suppose to be free for psn plus and that never happened.I'm hearing Drive Club has become considerably better since release.. could anyone confirm? Its $35 on Amazon right now.
