A buddy of mine has a 360 to PS3 controller adapter he got for cheap off Amazon, he swears by it because he prefers the 360 controller. Seems legit.

I have absolutely massive hands, a hair over 6'4", and I have no problem with the PS controllers. Maybe it's because I grew up with NES/SNES/SMS/Genesis/TG/etc. All of those controllers were smaller anyway. I don't have a problem with the Xbox controllers either. The only controller I think I've ever actually hated was the Gamecube. HORRIBLE D-pad, and overall low quality. The analog stick even brand new is wonky and doesn't smoothly return to dead center. But that D-pad, oh man. I think I prefer the Colecovision controller, lol. The Hori Gamecube controller is 1,000,000x better, but those are expensive, so I only have 1.

I guess compared to you i have tiny hands, a hair over 5'7" but i still prefer the xbox controller and the Gamecube controller was fine to me

Only controller I've ever had issue with was the N64. It was just awkward the way you held only half the controller.

I always hated the Sega Genesis controller, Xbox controller, N64 controller, Gamecube controller...sigh. Oddly though I didn't mind the DC controller.

I don't think I've had problems with any controllers over the years. I adapt to them all pretty well and I've owned nearly all consoles that have come out.

Definitely prefer SNES over Genesis 6 button. 4 + 2 shoulder buttons is infinitely better than 6 flat face buttons. Another standard set by SNES, who knew!

They make Xbox style controllers for the PS. Get one of those if you prefer that style.

Man, I hope they make a PS3 to PS4 adapter. I have some great joysticks I prefer not to give up if at all possible.

You guys are crazy. The N64 controller was wonky at first, but was really quite brilliant once you got used to it. Biggest downside is the joystick would wear out fairly quickly.

It wasn't bad, it was just... Imagine holing a snes controller but you have you left hand in the middle with your thumb on the start/select buttons. It was just awkward is all.

didn't feel awkward at all to me since it was designed to be held in different ways. snes controller wasn't.

Yah. That's the worst thing about the playstation. The controllers are awful. Tiny and feel like they were designed to punish your hands.

I felt the same about the 360 controller. I used to always get a Madcatz or something cuz those were so much better.

Has Sony said if I have to keep the discs in to play or can I install to HDD and throw the disc away? Or how the install process would work? If it is the same as the PS3, I will be rather upset.

Not sure but I don't think you can install the game on to the HDD and get rid of the disk because how would they control 1 guy passing around his disk to everyone he knows?

Ditto. No idea how true it is.. but someone from Mad Catz was saying you'll need new peripherals.. Hoping its not true.

Even though its wired USB? Ouch...there goes $200

not sure why this is a surprise. when is the last time a previous console's controller worked on the current ones. i believe it was psx controllers working on ps2. it would be a stupid business decision for them.

xcm has already confirmed though that they will be working on adapters for ps4 and xbox1 as soon as the console are released. i'll probably pick up a madcatz te2 at launch then hopefully down the road i will get my joysticks converted to work on the new gen consoles.

i may just get a wired x1 controller and mod my joystick with that.

and if you spent $200 on a te, you're doing it wrong.
