I'm in the process of downloading the game for both my desktop and laptop. Hopefully by something later this evening I may be able to log in. Regardless, I plan to join up with the guild, but not really fluent on the classes yet so I will post that later. I'm sure I will try both the empire and republic and see what I like.

Hopefully getting this tomorrow, anything I should know right from the get-go? I usually play a healer type class in MMO's but I thought I read that someone said the ATOT guild was "going to be a guild of healers." Otherwise I'd be interested in a mage of sorts.

Not sure what side you plan on playing, but I don't think the sith have too many healers.

Just as a FYI... I had a bunch of problems with the digital download. It would fail after downloading 11 gigs and then start over. I found a workaround but that sucks. I would recommend getting the discs.

I rolled Empire assuming that the majority of the players would go Republic for omgJEDI, but I'm reading on the forums that most servers tend to be Sith dominated?

I actually think among our more active players that we are healer-short.
