Sometimes I do yes. But it's more than just games, there's a lot more I use that data for. Sometimes I download multiple games to benchmark new hardware as well. That eats away at the cap.

I think it's extremely rude to insult people who want the box and don't want to download everything.

250GB is alot for the average consumer but ppl like me can easily surpass 500GB+ in a month

The latter could technically never happen, but I'm glad that they're open to it still.

I am interested in seeing it. MS never said a thing about how it worked but the wishful thinkers out there think that they would allow you to hand out up to ten copies to random strangers on the Internet. We all know that is ridiculous and has a zero percent chance of happening.

Although it was denied, I do think the 70? minute time limit was about the best policy we could hope for if and when this ever hits.

We get no bundles. The North American market is the strongest for the Xbox brand. They are trying to prop themselves up elsewhere. Especially since many of the features of the system won't be available at launch in some areas they are launching in.

It would be awesome to get a free game in the US, but I'm not expecting it. I'd be happy with almost anything, it'd give me something extra to play. New consoles always kind of suck because you want to play everything but that gets a bit expensive.

This launch season is purely intended for the most hardcore Xbox fans, which are easily great enough in number to sell out every single XB1 they can get shipped this season. They don't really lose anything by keeping their $499 no-bundle price in the US for this timeframe. Once the launch hype dies down and they need to start growing the XB1 install base to keep pace with PS4 over the next year, we will see additional moves.

In essence either Sony or Microsoft could 'win' launch simply by being the company that successfully manufacturing and shipping a larger total number of units, as it should be hard to exceed initial demand.

I have a few friends waiting until after the holidays because they want to buy bundles. I knew about the free fifa game but that's huge in Europe so that's not abnormal for them to do this.

Hopefully we'll see some next-gen titles (and maybe controllers) at $40-50 at Amazon and others for Thanksgiving/BF sales. That's my hope anyways...pick up a couple games then and possibly a few more around Christmas at similar discounts.

It probably isn't too far from the mark though. Most people who would buy a console on day one have followed the info long enough to know what they can expect to be spending. Those people, like me, would buy it anyway.

don't see how someone posting a youtube video to a commercial means anyone is pressed, but everyone already knows that consoles play games so they are trying to show the other features. kind of like how the iphone commercials don't just show people talking on the phone the whole time.

to be honest i think the nfl thing is cool as shit. this is the first year in like 5 years i'm not doing fantasy football, but i think it's pretty awesome to basically have a detailed ticker on screen the whole time, no matter what channel or game you are watching.
