20 years (flash):
USB 1.x flash drive using FAT16 plugged into USB 3.0 running Win10-64 1909. In use since 2000.
8 years (HDD):
1TB Velociraptor 10K RPM. In use since 2012.

I still use it for cold storage offsite backup, and it's absolutely reliable.
