I created a form in Adobe Acrobat 8 through a scanned copy of a form. For print I didn't want to print the scanned form itself but just the form fields. The general solution for this was to choose the print "Form Fields Only" option from the print dialog.
That worked fine for some computers but on some that option doesn't show up. When I try to force it with a javascript button within the form itself, it still prints the entire document. Some facts I gathered:
I've googled and searched for hours, couldn't find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

- It is not a problem with a printer as I could print to the same printer with just the form fields while others that use that same printer can't
- I'm thinking it's an OS issue but most of the computers used are Win XP Pro and they are updated. I was able to print form fields only from various OSX and Windows XP machines
- So far I can't find a way to throw away the scanned portion of the form and just keep the fields, I would think there's an option for that
