Usually ~1-1.5GB, very few exceeds 2GB so the 8GB that comes with the PS TV bundle is plenty for starters, the 64GB one is outrageously expensive.
With Sony's stupid online prices there is no point to buy digital. I got Conception 2 for $18, online they still want $30 for it.
that's misleading as hell....

Looking at the list and sorting by PS TV compatibility it looks like at least 1/3rd to 1/2 of all vita games are compatible.
Wonder if they fixed the lag even on Ethernet. I know I heard they got it with the second update the borked it with the next one.PlayStation TV got its price quietly slashed this week by major North American retailers. Now $80 ($20 off) for the core unit and $100 ($40 off) for the controller bundle. It's not listed as Amazon as being on sale, so looks like this is a permanent price drop.

I guess it's not selling very well.
I got one a while back, found out it lagged for remote play in my room, over Ethernet, and just returned it a week later. Ended up just moving the ps4 to my bedroom instead. I only wanted it for remote play anyway.I am glad, after hearing these reports, that I didn't end up getting the GF one. She ended up saying she wanted a new monitor and a mechanical keyboard rather than this, but I was going to go with both. Glad I didn't.
