I remember the old thread about this test, and how certain individuals (texmaster I think) refused to take the test because they couldn't comprehend how anybody could think for themselves and disagree with their government (question #2). Hopefully, no such individuals will pollute this thread. Wow, the second time around I ended up a little more moderate.

No surprise for me, I am close to Milt. The problem with all these tests are that they try to distill this stuff down into binary yes and no issues when most of them are much more complex. This one tries to mitigate that a bit with the -.5/+.5 options (Disagree vs Strongly Disagree/Agree vs Strongly Agree) but still it really reducing complex concepts and opinions to simple yes and no.

I'd love to have this in written format and have the different weightings for each question. It'd make a great conversation piece with friends and family. BTW, I scored Economic Left/Right: -2.50, Authoritarian/Libertarian: 0.26. I figured I'd be more right and authoritatian especially with my upbringing (typical Christian, Republican household and I still hold to those values, at least I thought I did.)
