The Pyro in TF2

I pretty much only play soldier and pyro. It's funny because pyro is the one class that I never worry about running into. 9/10 I kill them, the only time I don't is when they surprise me on my last rocket and I don't have enough time to reload. I generally just shoot one to blow them up in the air then wait for them to come back to get me and finish them off. I can't wait for this update though, should make pyro a lot more fun.

I'm very excited by this. Pyro is my second most-played class after Medic and I'm looking forward to trying out the new stuff.

I'm sure this weekend will be similar to when the Medic update came out, but honestly I think having noob Pyros running around will be much less annoying than having noob Medics running around.

Oh, I don't know about that. With medics, the only bad thing was that you had a really poor ability to fight back, but you always had full health. With pyros, don't even bother playing any non-fire retardant class.

So we will have people getting their pyro achievements while other people, who still need their medic achievements, heal them. In other words, 5 uber pyros per team. We are going to call this era "End of the Engy".

New Meet the Sniper video is pretty good. Little different tone than the rest but definitely good and worth a chuckle.

As long as engies pair up, pyros won't get anywhere near close enough. Unless people are smart enough to double uber-team.

i still find the pyro the most fun, heavy comes 2nd.
