Oh, thanks for the dailykos talking points, your naiveté is duly noted

Trump is viewed unfavorably because he doesn't tow the political correctness line and has disdain for the media. hildebeast is viewed unfavorably because she's a crook and a pathological liar. Weeeee, we can all play that game

I don't read the Daily Kos, thanks. But I have to ask, are you just not listening to what Trump is saying? Because you really should. It's not "anti-PC," It's just flat out un-American.

Interesting how you call white men by first or last name, but black man and a woman by a derogatory nickname.
Trumpsters aren't really racist. Some are, of course, but most aren't. Their intolerance is more akin to religious belief, ie that people who don't believe (and vote) as they do are not entitled to equal protection of the laws. They're not "Real Americans."

In case you hadn't noticed, there's a huge "outcry" over the fact that he dared ask her real questions, the lefties are going ape over it. How dare he not treat her the way the media is supposed to treat the queen.
This is fundamental misunderstanding of the issue, or more likely, an intellectually lazy interpretation of the issue. He isn't getting criticized for not soft-balling her. He is being criticized for going off-topic for the forum. He went off-topic to criticize her because he couldn't criticize her while staying on-topic. Meanwhile, he let Trump get away with lots of blatantly false statements. If he soft-balled both of them, or hard-balled both of them, there would have been no criticism, other than maybe going off-topic.

Are you drunk this early in the morning? As lousy of a candidate as Trump is, any reasonable candidate should be up by 20+ points nationally over him. It's a testament to how bad of a candidate she is that she's only up by relatively small margins. No idea what excuses you're talking about. Excuses for what exactly?
It's a testament to how well your propaganda machine works on intellectually lazy people. It's a testament to how insanely partisan a lot of Republicans are. It's a testament to how many "independents" are actually conservatives that are too chickenshit to admit it.

By excuses I mean blaming LMSM for destroying "American Values" in any number of ways, like claiming the left wing media supports Clinton. Only a dishonest piece of shit would refer to the "left wing media" and then try the "who me?" defense when called out on it.

Thanks for the latest Breitbart-approved talking point.
Trump is viewed unfavorably because of what he says, and the un-American policies that he proposes.
Hillary is viewed unfavorably because of a propaganda campaign built on easily disproven conspiracy theories.
But keep those false equivalencies coming.
In this case unfavorables are rife with those who like to feel unfavorable. Kind of like when they watch a (un)reality show.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of truth to this. This is undoubtedly the most negative election cycle of my lifetime. And that's not a good thing IMO.

Your spin makes perfect sense to the intellectually lazy. One is criticized for things he actually says and does. The other is criticized for things people who hate her say she did but have no proof that she did.

I for one am getting a little tired of seeing debates/forums/interviews where I say to myself, "Why aren't you asking that question," or "Confront him/her on that." It makes them useless to watch.

Does bat-shit crazy trump "you seem evasive?" The choice seems obvious to me, I just can't wrap my head around his crowd. What do they see in him? You can't avoid the crazy. IMO that maybe what drives his numbers. It seemed to work for Duterte.

I've been curious about something.

I have a friend in Texas who's got a Mexican wife. He says it never mattered to him to vote Democrat before he married his wife but now he cares very much about immigration and her folks and family being allowed to visit.

There has to be a sizable population of these people with an immigrant spouse in Florida, Nevada and Texas.

There are articles about tons of people naturalizing to vote against Trump and to the best of my knowledge, these peeps have never been contacted for a survey or better yet, they're so busy working for minimum wage, they don't bother with surveys when they call them.

Have these type of recent hard work immigrant citizens been counted in the polls? It may not be much but it might be 1-1.5% there that're not counted?

Except Philippines has a system where you can win the presidency with 38% of the vote.

We have an electoral college where you need 270 and apart from John Quincy Adams.. it's not happened again.

You do have a point.. we're dealing with a fanatical racial resentment crowd who backs Trump and blames everything on immigrants.. so as long as he kicks them out, they will back him up on everything no matter how stupid it is.

The real question is who do we hate more? Hillary or Trump and the polls from who you ask them is mostly a wash..

Probably not based on how he has gotten this far.

He could probably foam at the mouth during the debates and bite the head off a bat and have supporters, forget a sweaty upper lip.

I shouldn't have mentioned the bat thing, he might actually try it for the metal vote

He is going to get 40%, no matter what. The wondrous privilege of gaining candidacy in our jacked 2 party system.

This is all true, of course, but the point still stands--the conspiracy campaign has worked and Hilary is extremely unpopular.

In a hypothetical world where someone else is running against Trump, I would not be shocked to see an unprecedented dip in support for the R.

I keep going back to my amazement that GWB made it. That one fact seems to make any horror show possible. That'll be the nickname for his presidency, "The Trump Horror Show." Brought to you by Bud Light Lime and Crazy-Sauce Doritos.

Our highly partisan political system combined with the extremely negative tone of this election cycle has made both candidates unpopular.

Perhaps Ozzy could be his running mate then....

Pretty darn sure that the divider in chief, if he were to be eligible for another term, would be absolutely destroying Trump in the polls. I'm guessing 70-30.

Since you're presumably in the 30, who are these other people?

Trump is exactly like Sanders.
Has a solid diehard base, but not enough to win.
You have to consider and remember every Hispanic and Black minority are all going Hillary.
That alone will lose Trump this election.
You can not win any election with just depending on middle class white men and women.
And we haven't yet had one debate, either.
People forget the comparison between these two until they are reminded.
And believe me, the debates will be a reminder.
Trump's chances are much worse than Mitt Romney's chances.

I dislike Trump like most here, but he COULD win.
Keyword: Voter turnout

T supporters are nuts/fanatics....and Dems are not exactly "enthused" about voting for Clinton.
It will all come down to voter turnout.

Hillary can not even stand during appearances, then she has an ear piece to help her.

If anything people will see shillary for what she is.

Please tell us more about how people will see Hillary as you channel Alex Jones. Anyone watching the CIC forum can see how full of shit you are.

Its pretty obvious why you don't have a job, why you are divorced, and why you are dead beat father. You don't live in reality.
