My card doesn't have one...:\

Edit: Isn't that ironic. There seem to be BIOS updates for all of ASUS' Radeon HD 7000 series cards...all of them, that is, except their 7870 products. Some of the cards note that the BIOS improves stability, but doesn't go into details. Also there are some BIOS updates for 7950s which seem to enable Powertune with Boost on the card. I know that early adopters of the 7950 had experimented with installing the BIOS for the newer "boost" versions of the 7950, but it's nice to see that ASUS essentially posted an official update for that.

Another one for low ASIC (73.7%) = crap. I've been tinkering with my Gigabyte 7850OC 2GB for months in the hopes I could coax more out of it. Accelero S1 w/2 12cm fans keep it under 50 degrees at full tilt but it is not stable at over 1085 with 1.225v, corrupts the main screen (strangely the secondary monitor is fine) watching Youtube videos over 1065 randomly. Effectively it needs a small voltage bump to max out at 1050 decently stable but still corrupts the screen from time to time. Testing a 24/7 max of 1025MHz. I don't think I've read of anyone's overclocking so poorly. Power level does exactly nothing. The card also doesn't like any BIOS except for the one it came with. Probably going NVIDIA next round...

I had a 2gb msi tf3 7850 with a similar ASIC that did a max core of 1050 with 1.225v.Not the best overclocker but still it was a awesome card while I had it.

Yeeeah it's still a good card don't get me wrong, just disappointed what with all these 1200-1300 OC's I see every which way and at hotter temps no less. Somehow I think this POS sample I have would not crack 1125 on water. I'm about to try sinking the memory because they do get about 52-55 degrees measured with a probe but that'll probably only extend the cards life as opposed to higher OC.

The max overclocking limits of my 7850 weren't cause of temperatures, my card rarely even touched 65cel with that overclock and I have a good case with moderate airflow. Some of these cards are stubborn with core clocks, I even left the memory at stock and couldn't get no more out of the core.

Been on a bad luck streak with overclocking, the 770 in my sig has a 76% ASIC and this damn thing can't even do a 86% offset on the core without issues and anything less really is a waste of time with maybe a 3-4 fps increase at best in games that are pushing 80+....

I hear ya man I've never had super luck. Opteron 165 needed 1.8V at 2773MHz, Q6600 G0 needs 1.6V at 3600MHz, 8800GT needed 1.3V at 740MHz, 9700 Pro needed 1.6V at 420MHz... I hope for something better with my 4760K comin..

Loved my G0 Q6600,mine did 3.2Ghz on stock voltage and the only card I have had good luck overclocking was a 7970 right after they came out, reference that was stable well above 1200 core with 1.25v I believe but wow that thing was incredibly hot and loud at those clocks.

Had to let the card go, had the sleep bug issue with the card so i switched to nvidia for a while but I tell you sometimes I regret letting that card go cause 12.11 drivers came out and most of the old issues disappeared and well my tower is no longer a htpc so I would put up with the noise right now.

The 7970 and its overclocking potential for me was so awesome it was what inspired me to pick up a 7850 after the 12.11 drivers debuted.

I have no idea..!

That's why I'm asking, if anyone has updated?

I tried google but found very little information about this specific update.

And It's not just HD7850 that has got VBIOS update, it's many of Asus's cards that has:
http://support.asus.com/download/ModelList.aspx?SLanguage=en&keyword=HD&type=1

Some of the new'er cards than 7850 has got even 2 vbios updates.

An update on this: it appears that a BIOS update was posted for my graphics card model. Has anyone figured out just what these BIOS updates do? I've been...unsatisfied...with aspects of my 7870's image quality since purchasing it, so I'm going to go ahead and try it out. Wouldn't it be cool if this update magically turned my 7870 into a 270x?
