There was a great science fiction tv show a while back called "7-days". Frank Parker used the password "conundrum". I found it ironic that both, 7 days and conundrum, were both used in this movie. Either, the writer of the movie thought of this and wondered if anyone else would pick up on this, or it is a complete coincidence.

i remember that show...was good.
"7" was used here simply because in many cases 7 is an unlucky number...in other cases its a lucky number too so whatever, superstition crap or something...as for conundrum, i didn't catch it in this movie..where was it?

For people that have seen it in the theaters....when I watched it on DVD half way through the movie it changed, after she finds out what is going on the movie ends up in a movie rental place on the shelves and then ends...I had to go back and do chapter selct to finish the movie. I'm gonna play the movie through again and see if it was just a glitch.

LeaDxPainT, did your phone ring?
There were like 7 movies in Japan based on Ringu...although from what I've read none of the sequels were as good as the original. Plus, with a movie like this, once you've seen it the shock value is no longer there.Originally posted by: JCE86
Isn't there a Ring II in Japan? Its rumored they'll be a Ring II here... but then thats just a rumor. Never really looked into it.
