The movie is going to suck. I loved the games, but there isnt enough plot there to put together a 30 mintue TV special let alone a feature length film. It will be like most other video game movies and rot for eternitiy.

Perhaps, perhaps not. Hollywood does not necessarrily use video game for plots.

if i recall correctly the movie will not have anythign to do with the game series excpet for the name.

i believe the director said there would be no references to hell or demonic stuff...i may be wrong...but if this is the case...what else is doom really about?!

Yep, the "demons" are going to be virus-infected monsters/zombies. Who the hell was thinking it was a good idea to make Doom without Hell?

LOVED the game. Hate what I've heard about the movie so far. So it's going to be a movie about virus infected zombies. Too late bro! I already saw that one. It was called Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Return of the Living Dead. More recently it was 28 Days Later, etc...

I definitely will NOT shell out money for this waste of film. Heh. A Doom movie without any references to Hell? THAT'S WHAT THE GAME WAS ALL ABOUT!
