I'm absurdly anti Trump and outrage not found here.. The company of the dancers' employ was hired for a show and some are refusing to perform their job responsibilities. I don't see any issue with firing them for it.

Of course not and they probably accept lower salaries than they could elsewhere for enjoying the "prestige" of being called a Rockette. No one is taking away their right to free speech here. As the letter from the management company states in the OP the expectation would be the same no matter whether it was for Trump or Clinton, but performers don't typically get the luxury of being able to refuse certain audience members for personal reasons.

I can completely understand why these women feel uncomfortable performing for twittering pussy grabber.
That being said, as in any workplace where you have moral objections to an activity where you are representing your employer. Its a simple decision.
If you feel strongly enough about it.

They have to decide whether their convictions are worth giving up their livelihood.
Considering the industry we are talking about, this is a really tough call for some of these people.
For many women, this election cycle meant more than just standard Democrat vs GOP bullshit.
They saw this as a rejection of women as whole, where the woman who ran was unreasonably demonized and the man who won was the caricature of those who would demean women and deny them equal treatment.
Susan B Anthony type passions that go beyond Hillary as a person.

While I agree the hypocrisy here by conservatives is pretty hard core, it doesn't make too much sense to join them. They can do the job they were hired for or lose it in my opinion, same as Kim Davis.

Give me a break. They might not personally like it, but if they were hired for the job, I don't see why they wouldn't do it. If individuals feel strongly enough, they can always find somewhere else to work.

They're not.

County Clerk? Elected official. You don't fire elected officials; that's overturning the will of the voters. Impeachment (or voted out of office) is the remedy.

Employees (such as the Rockettes) are required to perform their jobs as defined by the employer. If they don't the remedy is firing them.

Self-employed people. They're the employer, so it's their decision.
