Geeze the female role in that is fairly degrading. She sounds like she sits at home all day hopped up on Valium, all she is capable of doing is chores and helping her kids with homework, and come time to install the SSD her first thought is "I can't do this".
Eh, I don't find it offensive. I think they were just trying to portray a stereotypical housewife that doesn't know much about technology. You know... the type that refer to Internet Explorer as "The Internet." My mom is pretty much exactly like that. She was going to pay someone $100 to setup her printer (just connecting it to the router via Wi-Fi) after I sent her detailed instructions (that included nice photos) from the manufacturer on how to do it.
She was telling me how her laptop wouldn't connect to the router, but every other Wi-Fi device would. I told her it could be the actual NIC card (I'd probably check the software first if I was there), and much to my surprise, she was willing to open up the laptop and look. I just hope that sort of thing gives her an idea (much like the fake woman in the video) that it's not so hard to do some of this stuff.
I don't even think they give you a drive bracket. Lame.
Eh, after dealing with OCZ's terrible drive bracket, I will only buy the FOXCONN brackets that Intel packages with their SSDs. I don't think I've found a case's drive carriage that they won't fit into, but I can't say that about the OCZ drive.
