Heard good things about the story and atmosphere but I want to know how much fun people have in actually playing it.

I really liked this game. I played it to complete the main story arc. Then.... didn't feel like doing anything else. It was definitely worth the money.

Call me weird but I try to play every MMORPG w/ default controls just to see what the developers were trying to accomplish. And I really went through a LOT of different MMORPGs.

And then there was only about 1-2 days for Vindictus, WoW, GW2 but I never really liked them.

as long as you use a good leveling build, there shouldn't be any grind at all

at least, when I played TSW (2 months, quit because bored of end game), I never repeated content until I reached end game

Heard good things about the story and atmosphere but I want to know how much fun people have in actually playing it.

TSW's biggest issue is its combat system. if you can tolerate that, then there's a pretty good game to be played PvE wise with some ideas and production values that separate it from other MMOs.

I used a mobile ranged build with a 2 resource consumer (Bloodshot) and a 3 resource consume (Blaze), which kept combat game play more dynamic for me.

TSW's combat system has a maximum of 5 resources that can be built up to and used.

There are many builds out there that only make use of 5 resource consumer skills. These builds can be very boring and repetitive to play, building up to 5 resources then using the consume skill, and rinse and repeat.

Ive enjoyed the game. Im playing an assault rifle/elementalist right now. Not sure if that is a good combo or not. Love the game setting and just overall atmosphere of the game. The cut scene conversations (if you want to call them that, character never speaks lol) seem well acted and pretty true to life with the language etc.

So far fun game. Will continue to play for awhile.

I'm not sure Amazon gives you enough credits after buying this, lol. So far it's up to $30 of credit for various things.

I pre-ordered TSW and played beta quite a bit. Too much it seems as when the game released, I was already burnt out. I played for about 3 weeks after release, but couldn't stand it anymore.

I started again last week and have had quite a bit of fun. The dialogue is great, the characters unique. It does not shy away from mature language though, especially on the Illuminati side of things.

I'd say it is worth $15...double that too.

I dunno, I liked the combat system. Star Trek Online ground combat is by far, the worst thing I have ever experienced.
