@iwajabitw, I might slide into the spot just under you by the race's end. I think I can see you up there.....turn on your hazard lights for a bit....yep, that's you! 2.5 more days and I can start drafting off your bumper.

I should be in 19th place within an hour, 18, 17, 16 look like easy overtakes, maybe within the next 18 hours, but progress slows down a bit after that. If I do reach 14th, it will be just in time for the end of the race, and then back to WCG for me.

Cool, that's a lot of cores there, dang! I think you would easily lead the pack if you got in on day one, everyone would be eating your dust!

I'd be in 6th place actually. The number one guy has nearly FIVE times my output of 120k ppd.

30 hours left in the race. I've secured the 14th spot, and have requested no new tasks already, and will be going back to World Community Grid soon. POGS tends to be a hog and not share no matter how low of a priority I give it, so I expect the remaining tasks will continue until they are all processed, before it allows WCG to get any time on the CPU.

Yeah it's been a grueling month for my cores, a month is a long time. My f@h are now offline too, have a new fan for the radiator to pit on tonight, and blow the dust out of everything. Milky way will start back up for me on Sunday

Nah, I'm off the race, have to change out a 120mm fan on this rig later, maybe tomorrow. Sipping some bourbon and doubt I will do much of anything tonight.

Athens, cool...I don't get over that way much except passing through to Florence, my daughter is at UNA. I actually live like 1 mile north of HSV and work mostly in Madison. One day we'll have to hook up and have a beer, or if its summer I like to take my 700HP Shelby Cobra out for a ride.
