Beware: Doc X tries to get you to change your game's linked email address to his email address. Advise strong caution. This is not how you gift games, this is how you gain access to peoples account information so they can change the password and lock you out of your Steam account forever.

He also claims that "Most of the perk on Killing floor are at max level so you will be starting in style!," you cannot transfer saved character content across Steam accounts.

I have a steam copy of Spec Ops: The Line to give away. Pretty decent shooter with a good story. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE, CLAIMED)
