Looks like he learned a few tricks in all those years...

If the master knew of him, (how could he not?) then, you would think he would have sent everyone after him.
I wonder if this is going to be another of those 'he was under the protection of the stationary vamps', but, don't know how they could protect anyone ?

It seemed as if the Master was always on the move, and his arrogance was shown taunting this day walker always just behind him. So, it wasn't so much of him having to send people about him, as he hadn't taken residence and gone on the assault until NYC.

I was wondering as I caught up last night if Del Toro wrote the books based upon his work in Blade 2, or if he was hired for Blade 2 because of his books.



I really wish they'd expand more on why the general population doesn't seem to notice there's a huge issue going on. It's one of the big sticking points for me on this show.

Remember some scenes are in the "safe zone". We have that 1 woman organizing the teams to take back the neighborhoods and they had reporters and such I thought at 1 point when she had a public meeting. obviously though if communications is down or severely hampered, its not going to get out besides word of mouth.

So people are aware of it.

So now that mommy knows where they live, are they going to have to move again? All the master would have to do is swarm the place at night and they're done for. Or even have Palmer hire a hit squad to watch it during the day and kill anyone trying to leave.

Eph goes to the guy's place and comes away with what looked like a WWII German Mauser K98 (with no scope no less). Did they even get ammo for it?
I was expecting them to come back with a more modern style rifle like maybe an AR-15 or even a bolt action hunting rifle...

Where is the National Guard?
Why didn't they sabotage the power plant?
Why didn't he rebar her through the head, like he has been doing all the other times?

I'm sure you know this after watching this weekend's episode, but it was definitely to play a part with the SS guy and his reminiscence of that model of rifle.

Besides, many bolt action hunting rifles were based on the Mauser action...those guns RULE . But in regards to ammo I'd like to wish them good luck in finding some anywhere.

Watching pacific Rim now and waiting for the damn show to start. This is FX-W. I have so many channels I don't even know if there is just an FX? I would have thought the show started already. I thought there was a FX, but I was watching On Demand. Yeah, there has to be an FX because that's what it says in On Demand. I can't find the damn channel at all.

Dumb episode.
From the banter on having as many "partners" as you want, to the mauser (now with scope) missing its mark (imagine that!), and thus getting them captured in short order, and whats-her-name getting taken to the feeding dungeon.
At least Mr. rebar is back at swinging first, asking questions later.

Coco doesn't use her peep hole and Eph doesn't adjust his sights for windage and elevation before the taken down?!

Love the laser mic. A friend and I were going to make one years ago. I didn't know you can use those inside though since the laser would pick up your window as well. Maybe the pro units are different?

The more glass you go through the worse it gets, so it was 'just for show'.

Another thing that is bugging me, they showed Fet with a backpack, and in it, you see rebar, and a short sword, yet, he don't dual wield, and where did his TNT supply go?

And yeah... look where he was aiming...

Liked the backstory for Eichorst (?). It's always interesting to see the 'human' side of characters that seem so unabashedly evil.

Also liked the rescue scene. Thought the human shaped hole was a little convenient, but hey, wtf - right?

The dude is a doctor, not a trained sniper. I doubt he took the time to adjust the sights and learn how to deal with wind. Pretty good shot all things considered.

I'm sure there is a reason for it, but you would think early on white looking Jews would simply say they weren't Jews, hail Hitler, then leave the country. I thought the backstory made him more of a POS, because he became a Nazi to feel important. Although he seemed to already have that Jew hating foundation. Reminds me of weenies who got picked on in school becoming cops. Anyways, he's a good villain. Making her take off her pants and squat so he could do whatever he was going to do was messed up. The writer for that episode must have been into hentai.
