It really only effected the old man though. Which is why I think there is more to his connection to the Master than a simple "I was in a concentration camp and the Nazi were vampires!", which btw, annoys the crap out of me. We get it, Nazis were bad... That shit was 70 years ago, let it go already. I am sick and tired of everything being about Nazis.
Meh, it wasn't really a Nazi's are vamp's connection, not that I was seeing.
I think perhaps only that sole Nazi, the one the Master turned after the coffin was completed, is the Vamp among the Nazi's.
Then again, I haven't read the books, so I don't know if there was anything more spelled out regarding the Nazi connection.
And as for the "telekinetic" power only having an effect on the old man, I think it might be a directed power as opposed to something that can be broadcast like some Area of Effect power. He could only truly determine that the old man had intent to attack, while he missed the intent to use the UV bomb from those further away. That would make sense too, as that would be an entirely new tactic his enemies have never presented. Something that can be tossed like a grenade and actually cause him serious harm is likely brand new to him.
