How do you define a blender whisperer? Is it enough if one talks with household appliances? Do you have to be able to make them do things?

I thought someone who knew the right things to say would get it going again!

I figured that the blender was the only appliance that I talked to, but when I brewed some coffee a few minutes ago, I found myself making percolation noises. I think it helped---the coffee is very good!

When the coffee maker finished, it gave out a big sigh. Either it was exhausted, or it was hissing at me for the bad jokes. I may have to get the hammer!

280K in southern Finland. It's been like this night and day for weeks, with some rain on the side. It may start dipping into freezing temps in a few days. Icy roads FTW.

We had hard frost and ice in puddles this morning in N.E. PA, USA. I was going to BBQ today, but fired up the wood stove instead...

Andamant Sea, Thailand.
Great diving weather. Visibility under water 10-15 meters.

We spotted a leopard shark two days ago. It was approx. 3 m (9 feet 10 inches) long and lazily swimming ... We obseved it for almost 1 minute
I know that the leopard shark of the Pacific is different from the one here in the Andamant sea (and the Indian Ocean...). If you google the images you'll see that there are two different shark species commonly called "leopard shark".
We also observed sea turtles, murray eels, sea bass, barracudas, sea horses, and lots of other flora and fauna. This is so much fun!

Very exciting, I like the pictures. I've always wanted to see a sea turtle. We don't have them here in California.
