I'm not sure what your referring to but there never was a human that has killed a T-1000 that was a T-800 that defeated the t-1000 and yea you said humans as in multiple humans so yea it would take multiple humans to kill a TERMINATOR T-800 when one human has killed a predator.

did you even pay attention to any of the future sequences in the films, events in SCC, stories from the re-programmed terminators, the time-traveling humans...did you ever listen to any of the dialogue in the films/series, or do you just mute everything you watch?
