Sad to see what was a candidate that had a really good run-up toward the primaries stray off into a strange mish-mash of sending mixed messages and opinions that made her hard to define as well as bringing suspicion toward the authenticity of her stated Democrat pedigree.

She still has a base of support here in Hawaii but it's shrinking by the day. The more she separates herself from mainstream Democrat ideological tenets and especially so the direction the local party heavy weights want to steer the party in, the more she declines as a viable candidate (from the local Democrat's point of view).
