She has been consistently saying that she is against impeachment and she voted according to what she thinks is right.

and you want to prevent her free speech.

If she is against the impeachment then she should have voted against the impeachment.

And I am not trying to prevent her speech because criticism doesn't prevent anyone's free speech. Because criticism is free speech. You are saying that we should not be allowed our free speech when you say that we should not be allowed to express our opinions of Tulsi's actions.

Virtually all of the regulars will dismiss/ignore this, but I thought "she who must not be named" should at least be given a shot at explaining her admittedly puzzling vote. Not sure I buy the explanation, but there it is.

Thanks for posting this video.for the silver start keyboard Heros calling her a coward, how about now people spend five mins to watch this video

hey so she has been consistenly saying from the beginning that she is against impeachment. she went and voted

Someone called her a coward.I said she is not a coward. She has been saying for six months that she is against impeachment [Just like Nancy Pelosi, but Nancy flip flopped]. She has been consistent across and voted accordingly. Her vote makes her a coward? With attitude like this, dems are gonna lose big time again.

So what does Hillary's vote for iraq war make her. A coward too????

Lol, let me see if I get this straight. She was against impeachment and has repeatedly said she was against impeachment and then when the time came to put her money where her mouth was, you think voting fucking “present”, was standing by her convictions?

What utter nonsense!

So VRADemon calling her a coward for exercising her free speech is ok with you but she cannot exercise her own free speech. She is a elected member of congress and she has a rationale for her vote. It's pretty simple if people understand why she voted the way she did instead of mouthing fake platitudes or innuendos. Now that's sad.

Btw thanks for the decent response.

Incredible that a person who has been consistent in their stand and voted accordingly is called a coward and then we have these group of five cheerleaders who gang up with the same lame talking points from the DNC war party..
The russians sure have pegged the gullible on ATPN. They fall for every russian trick and further polarize the country

I can’t tell if you are special or just really, really dumb because in order for her to be consistent she would of had to vote NO! She didn’t, she voted present, the exact opposite of standing by ones convictions.

Who is trying to prevent her free speech? She is being criticized for her "speech" which is also free speech. Jesus H Christ I don't know why that keeps having to be explained over and over again here to the same dishonest fucks who constantly whine that somehow freedom of speech is under attack in this country.

Again its shameful that you:

1. Accused Vic of something he didn't remotely do.
2. Still don't acknowledge the difference between her military career and her role as a politician and how she can be criticized for actions in the later without disrespecting the former.
Because the easiest way to silence criticism and opposing opinion is to falsely claim that disagreement infringes on free speech. That your free speech is somehow infringed upon unless everyone who disagrees with you is required to listen quietly while you speak.

Ah, I see what the issue is, English isn’t your native language. English can be tricky since similar sounding words can have totally different meanings and maybe they don’t translate into your native language very well. For example; “no” has no relation in meaning to the word, “present”.

Hopefully that explains things for you because I’d hate for you to continue to make a fool of yourself.

To claim that the free speech rights of the voting public should be suppressed in deference to the public decisions of an elected govt official is to hate American freedoms and the Constitution.

And that is a decent response. I can only assume you haven't the slightest clue what you're talking about.

Voting present was simply an act of self-preservation and possible being spineless and not believing in anything. If she's been consistent about being against Trump's impeachment, she should have voted as such, not just present. Voting present only shows she has no beliefs in it at all, just trying to keep herself above the fray. Which, in my mind, is just spineless. Shows no true belief at all, just voting present as a matter of convenience, not belief. Spineless through and through.

actually please show us where she has been consistent in her stand??

Gabbard has risen to prominence as an outsider in her party. A military veteran still serving as an Army National Guard officer, she has blasted U.S. foreign policy while also sporadically defending Trump. She has used the Democratic presidential debate stage to attack California Sen. Kamala Harris, who has since dropped out of the race.

She is a Democratic outsider and will remain an outsider!!

Citation from the concern police
For the record, I didn't ask anyone for an apology. As the entire purpose of the free speech clause in the 1a is to guarantee private citizens the right to criticize public officials, I am quite openly against any "free speech" by any public official that might disagree with that.

Yes? What am I missing here. Whatever it is I'm blaming it on my old age.

Who are all you people and why are you on my lawn?! And when did I get a lawn?

I love Rush. Also I hope to choose free will, but then again experience provides plenty of examples of people who are totally convinced they are following their deepest convictions, when it's transparently obvious that they are tools. So it's a hard problem.

Was never a Rush fan. For some reason they just never clicked for me. Most of the prog that I listened to was from Europe.
