Because the easiest way to silence criticism and opposing opinion is to falsely claim that disagreement infringes on free speech. Ah, I see what the issue is, English isn’t your native language. English can be tricky since similar sounding words can have totally different meanings and maybe they don’t translate into your native language very well. For example; “no” has no relation in meaning to the word, “present”.
