All other taxes are regressive, like SS, medicare excise, sales and all the others. In other words to get a more accurate pitcure we need to look at all taxes, exemptions and exlusions. This is why someone like Dick Cheney only paid 13% taxes last year making millions..hey that's about the same rate I pay making much less..
