Well, I'd try a gar ball. I guess if I'm ever in Morgan City again I might get one. Just to say I tried it.

As far as hard heads... No. Maybe I'd cut them up and use them for fish stock. Maybe.

I eat chicken more but Steak is the ultimate meal in the world. mmmm, a rib eye with melted blue cheese on top with a potato with sour cream bacon and chives, with some mushroom rice. A nice green salad with cucumbers and ranch dressing with a nice Cab to wash it down with...mmmm..mm.

Seriously, I choose beef. It doesn't get any better than a thick, juicy, tender steak fresh off the grill...mmmmmmm (drools on keyboard).

I picked chicken, because it's generally healthier. You can get very high quality, lean cuts of beef that have lower fat content than chicken, but by and large chicken is much better for you. I prefer the taste of chicken to beef, except when faced with a steak.

I also like pork more than beef.
