Notice how she does not have plans to “Fund Trump Campaign”
Loony and greedy/power hungry but certainly not insane.

Not insane?

Shanahan has a daughter with autism, and she associates her daughter's diagnosis with changes in her political beliefs starting in the 2020s. A doctor blamed Shanahan and Brin for their daughter's autism diagnosis, falsely claiming that it was because Shanahan allowed her infant to receive vaccines and be exposed to artificial light and electromagnetic radiation. She took his advice and modified her home to limit non-sun light, as well as Wi-Fi and cellular signals. She also converted her swimming pool to saltwater.[16]"

Artificial light and EM radiation?!? Best get your asses down to live with the Amish and raise some barns I guess. Does a candle emit artificial light? Or an oil lantern?

Don't mind the smoke that those candles emit. Nothing wrong with a little smoke, right?

Was that a doctor or a 'doctor'? Because if it was a doctor how are they not struck off?

In Shanahan’s mind (and probably Junior’s too), the DNC has been committing dirty tricks right and left to shut them down.

“We wanted to win. We wanted a fair shot,” Shanahan added. “The DNC made that impossible for us. They have banned us, shadow-banned us, kept us off stages, manipulated polls, used law-fare against us, sued us in every possible state — they’ve even planted insiders into our campaign to disrupt it and to create actual legal issues for us.”

Yep, without the evil machinations of those “insiders”, RFK Jr. would be way up in the polls by now. Gimmie a fucking break! JFK Jr. hasn’t taken any political positions since 1999.

It seems Junior’s goal, now explicitly reinforced by Shanahan, is to help Trump win in order to punish Democrats who are seen as the greater evil (in large part because they’ve refused to accept Junior’s genius and are trying to keep him off the ballot) Yep, it's all the democrats fault that states simply ignored him about being on the ballot. So now Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is "weighing" whether to exit the race and endorse former president Donald Trump according to Shanahan.

Translation: “Weighing” means Junior is waiting for a suitable bribe offer of a job in the Trump administration before officially canning the campaign and endorsing Trump. Elsewhere, I’ve read that Trump has called Junior “very smart” and implied that he’d be quite happy to offer Junior the desired bribe in exchange for his endorsement.

While I think RFK is pulling more conservative support than moderate or liberal, I'm not convinced that his supporters will find Trump a suitable alternative, even if RFK endorses him. Very different energy. RFK is weird but he isn't the foul-mouthed cretin that Trump's is. Trump being a felon and rapist isn't going to go over well with RFK's aging flower child supporters.

It's something like 2/3 R and 1/3 D in the RFK vote yes? And as he was polling what like ~10% that means about a 3% gain to Trump heads up. In this super tight race it matters, throw in the electorate and Trump is the favorite again.

As mentioned above, that doesn't necessarily mean his followers will neatly split that way. Just because someone is D or R they might have other reasons for going the other way, or not voting at all, for particular candidates. Those reasons are probably pretty nutty and hard to pin down logically for anyone who wanted this kook in the first place.

This says under 5%

The very few people I know who are into RFK are into him specifically because he's not Trump or Biden (the change to Harris being irrelevant to them at this point). If RFK drops out they're not likely to vote for Trump, who they despise, they're likely to not vote. The only question is whether they leave President blank or if they just stay home altogether.

If we are lucky they might just stay home. I mean you can't be serious politically if you even contemplate voting for that fool.

That's kind of what I expect, a sizeable portion of them will probably just not cast a vote for President, or will do a write-in.

Or perhaps it's just this. He went to Harris and asked for an ambassadorship. She blew him off because she only wanted serious people in her administration.

Then he went to Trump and asked for the same thing, and fortunately for him, Trump is transactional too.

Because he's a self-interested sleazebag who doesn't believe in anything, just like the guy he's about to endorse.

He's taking a dump on his family name and legacy.

He's got a lot in common with Trump, and it's pretty obvious as everyone's been saying that this was the end goal to begin with. I suppose he might have been deluded enough to think he could win with Biden in the race, but I think he's always been paid to be a Democrat killer.

Giving complete lip service to things you supposedly believe in. RFJ jr is supposed to be an environmentalist, huh? He must really care, because he's endorsing the dude running the one party that will absolutely gut the environment in the name of capitalism. They won't even say the phrase "climate change" because that might turn it from fake to real I guess.

His campaign blaming others for their incompetence and lack of appeal. Sound familiar?

Most of all he's just weird.
