Times are changing, although many women do not fully mature physically until around 22-23, they many still have a hard time climaxing until their 30's...this is changing though as more and more women are not stigmatized by being sexual.

When I was in my teens I was dating 26+ a lot. By the time I was 26, my low limit was 23.

It depends, the words are often used interchangeably, but they do have distinct meanings. For the most part, a college is a smaller regional school while a university is large and respected.

American girls still like to be paid attention to, complimented, and made to laugh <--- #1 right here. I hate that... I use "college" often because of American TV, but when I use it here (Canada), people think I'm talking about the colleges that are more focused on trades, technical skills. There's also a dumb negative connotation because "colleges" are where the people who, apparently, couldn't get into university go.

Public colleges in America don't segregate based on sex. Seriously, leave Turkey, I think your problems in dealing with a much more religious culture are holding your sex life back more than anything.
