at 1600 synched 1:1 should be 800mhz ddr2 if i remember correctly. so you should now be able to just go in and say linked-synch-1:1

initially i would say just leave mem unlinked at 800mhz, then increase fsb from 1066 to 1200 and +100 when you think that is stable. around when it becomes unstable i would up NB to 1.39. if still unstable up vcore a couple of ticks.

I figured out the problem. I selected it to save optimal defaults when I added the new bios and it made my memory 1T and it kept crashing. Set it back to 2T and now I'm good.

i wouldn't worry until the upper 60's but thats just me. my old 6800gt would get that hot just in windows desktop.
