Both of the pillows that clarkmo posted at Sam's Club look interesting.
The Personal Profile Pillow can be found at the Boyd Website here:
Boyd Personal Profile Pillow
The only thing that sets off a flag for me is it says "Constructed from a material 5 times denser than regular foam, the Personal Profile Pillow forms a mold that supports your head and neck in perfect alignment with your spine." It seems like they are using the number "5" in a confusing way. Since we know that 5lb density is what to shoot for, why not just say "Constructed from 5lb density memory foam" instead "5 times denser?" Still, it's worth checking out.
The TempSoma pillow doesn't have a website of its own. But from the looks of it, it's a memory foam layer stretched over regular foam. That usually means it's going to be very very firm and in my opinion not very comfortable. Even the Boyd website says "The Personal Profile Pillow is made of solid 100% high density Memory Foam. Other pillows may use only a small layer of low density Memory Foam augmented by polyurethane foam." In that aspect Boyd definately knows what its talking about.
There are soooo many Memory Foam pillows out there.....I had no idea. As always, *feel* the pillow (if you can) before you buy it. If you order it online, make sure the company/eBay seller has a good return policy. You really don't want to take risks with something that you'll be using for 5-10 hours a day...especially when your neck and head are involved. Sleeping on a bad pillow will ruin your entire day!
